Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be carrying out the tasks below:

  • Kitting of Raw Materials
  • Passing off paint via different test methods
  • Loading of Raw materials
  • Mixing various kinds of paints and coatings
  • Following of step-by-step procedures
  • Making manual adjustments
  • Delivery of paint to filling lines

. Quality testing of products

  • Assisting management with any quality issues
  • An ambassador of HSE
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Use of FLT
  • Regular safety checks on equipment
  • Regular checks on extraction systems

Previous experience essential

Rates of pay depends on experience and shift pattern

Forklift truck licence desirable but not essential as training can be provided.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also using initiative to complete tasks independently. 
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, maintaining productivity and quality standards at all times. 
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn new processes, develop skills, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.​​
